"Galuh, you beautiful (short) Indonesian princess. Your wonderful birthday messages almost!! made me cry! Especially the one of you with the children. Such beautiful surprises! I miss you terribly. I have e-mailed Kasia and we all need to seriously start thinking of a reunion. I miss you both so much. I hope the children behave for you. And that your studies are going well - which I am sure that they are because despite your short height you have a big brain. And an even bigger banana smile. And biggest of all is your lovely wonderful and love-giving heart. I LOVE remembering my time in Indonesia with you and Polish bule besar. And you and Kai screaming at each other. They are memories I'll cherish forever. Air Asia has just started flights in and out of NZ. Soon it will be cheaper to travel between our countries (even if it means we have to travel via KL ie Malaysia). So I can see our dream of getting us three sisters back together again coming true one day. Looking forward to it HUGELY. Will start at university again on Wednesday for a 1 week field course in marine biology. We will spend 7 12-hour days looking at organisms that grow on the rocky shore. We will sleep in a Marae - which is a traditional meeting house of our native Maori people. Hopefully it will be fun, although it will be very busy. And then after assignments I hope to go out on the fishing boats and earn lots of money so that I can save up and visit my sisters, and maybe even buy a house one day. Keep being the amazing person you are. You inspire me a LOT! LOVE you a lot"
